Although Intruity Corporation owns the code, databases, and all rights to the AgencyIntel application, you retain all rights to your data.

Intruity Corporation may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
